Why choose us?
You get the engineer, not the account manager
Most providers sell you a long managed services contract, then route your problem through a helpdesk where the person reading your ticket has never seen your network. We work the other way around. You talk to the person who configured your switches, so nothing gets lost in translation and nothing gets quoted twice.
Network administration
The work that stops the problem happening
Network administration is everything that happens before anyone notices something is wrong: firmware and patching kept current, switch and firewall configuration under version control, backups verified rather than assumed, user and access changes handled as staff come and go, and monitoring that tells us a link or an access point has dropped before your team starts complaining.
You get a monthly report written in plain English — what changed, what we fixed, what’s wearing out and what we’d recommend budgeting for. No jargon, no 40-page dashboard export nobody reads. It’s month to month, so if it isn’t earning its keep you can stop.
Network support
When something breaks, you get a person, not a queue
Internet down, the warehouse Wi-Fi dropping out, half the office unable to reach the file server, a VPN that stopped working the morning everyone needed it. You call or email and you reach someone who already knows how your network is built, because they built it. Most faults get resolved remotely the same business day; anything that needs hands on hardware, we come to you. We don’t bill in fifteen-minute increments and we don’t charge you for the time it takes us to understand your setup — that’s what the documentation is for. If a fix turns into a bigger job, you get a fixed quote before we start, not an invoice afterwards.
